Fu (blessings of good luck, health and happiness). He's often depicted holding a child. The child is there to symbolize the transmission of this good luck to future generations.
Luk (official's salary), he's holding something in his right hand, like a scroll.
Shou Star (Longevity) is depicted as an old man with a walking stick.
